Sports Massage is a massage used for the benefit of all sports and exercise participants.

It covers the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body eg. muscles, ligaments and tendons and it is tailored to each individual’s needs to positively enhance performance.

For years I felt the benefits of holistic therapies treatments and when the opportunity arose, I had little hesitation in deciding to refocus and commit my professional life to offering holistic therapies to others ... and so ‘Time for YOU Treatments’ was born!

I completed my studies and qualified in a VTCT Diploma in Holistic Therapies Level 3. Now I am passionate about my new vocation.
